An immersive experience like no other.
GoPro’s 360-degree Omni camera was unveiled to much appraise last month as a cheaper alternative to the company’s $15,000 USD Odyssey Rig. With a $5,000 USD price tag the gadget is by no means affordable to the average consumer, but there’s no doubting the unbelievable footage that the camera can capture with its six synchronized HERO4 Black cameras. Freestyle skiers Jesper Tjade, Halldor Helgason and some of their friends brought the Omni to the gorgeous slopes in the Tyrolean Alps of Austria to put the camera to the test.
