Chicago’s own Saint Alfred has teamed up with Vans Vault to deliver a series of carefully crafted Vans silhouettes that scream detail in simplicity. Using the Old School LX silhouette as the point of expression, you’ll find an upper made up of a durable canvas that’s also coated in resin to repel water. Its gusseted tongue is also used to repel water and is further supported with a padded collar, leather lining, leather heel pad, and a special Vans OrthoLite Insole for enhanced comfort. For a unique touch, a STA773 morse code can be found on the rear of the midsole. Its “Turtledove” and “Blue Depths” colorway options are both hosted in hand-numbered sealed shipping boxes along with a special canvas shoe bag and extra natural cotton laces.

The Saint Alfred x Vans Vault collaboration will officially release on April 9 for $120 USD. Both pairs are limited to 100 and will be exclusive to the store’s Chicago location on a first-come first-serve basis. Remaining pairs will be available via online on April 10.
