Pharrell & adidas Originals Unveil the "Pink Beach" Collection
Including some brand new Skateboard P-designed footwear.
As cool as the likes of the “Supercolor” pack, jacquard drop and “Sculpted” Superstars were, it would have been cool to see Pharrell and adidas cook up some entirely new silhouettes. Thankfully, that’s exactly what we’re getting with this summer’s “Pink Beach” drop. Highlighted by the brand new Elastic Slip On and Elastic Lace Up, the range includes Pharrell’s own beach-ready takes on the iconic Stan Smith while the low-tops are accompanied by embroidered shirts and shorts along with a tailored sport jacket — complete with “528HZ” embroidery as a nod to the infamous “love frequency.”
Expect the first part of the “Pink Beach” collection to hit retailers May 5 while a second drop — featuring everything from swimwear and tanks to leggings, a poncho and more — is due out May 12.
