Nike's LeBron 13 Receives Inspiration From Another Classic Swoosh Silhouette

It almost seems like yesterday that LeBron James received an impressive $90M USD deal from Nike before even touching the hardwood. Now King James is on his 13th silhouette and has launched a wide selection of colorways with the recent model. Similar to the Nike Kyrie 2 paying homage to the iconic Nike Air Huarache model, this colorway is influenced by one of the Swoosh’s popular models in the Nike Air Command Force, which was also seen in the ’90s film White Men Can’t Jump. This LeBron 13 mirrors its inspiration with an upper that mixes white and grey. In addition you’ll also see detailing such as neon green along the Swoosh outline and heel of the sole mixed with turquoise hits on its Flywire and special Nike Air branding on the heel. The special edition of the Nike LeBron 13 “Command Force” will release on June 11 for a price of $200 USD.
