An Illustrated Imagining of NBA Jerseys With Advertisements
Cavs x Goodyear, Celtics x Staples, Warriors x Apple and more.

Everything is, indeed, for sale. After social media hilariously reacted to the news that advertisements would grace NBA jerseys starting with the 2017-18 season, ESPN has teamed up with artist Robb Harskamp to imagine what the uniforms could look like. And as ESPN puts it, “Why stop at patches in a 2.5-by-2.5-inch space, as the NBA is considering, when you can take it further?”
Above, Harskamp imagines the likes of a Goodyear-sponsored Cavs and a Staples-backed Celtics squad in Boston while mock-ups for all 30 teams can be seen over at ESPN.com.
