Jeep Teams up With Mopar on Seven Different Concepts
All for this year’s Easter Jeep Safari.

Every year, Jeep celebrates all things off-roading with the week-long Easter Jeep Safari out in Moab as thousands of enthusiasts take to the Utah desert. 2016 marks the 50th anniversary of the event and, in celebration of the milestone, Jeep and Mopar are bringing seven different concepts out to the desert as a nod to the past and a look into the future of SUVs.
The perfect chance for Jeep to show off everything from winches to lift kits, the concepts — which follow the likes of last year’s striped Chief — include the likes of the insane 707-horsepower Trailcat (which borrows Dodge’s 6.2-liter Hellcat V8 engine and packs it into a Wrangler), military service vehicle-inspired Crew Chief 715 and camo-emblazoned Trailstorm (a four-door Wrangler with a two-inch lift kit, 37-inch tires and Dana 44 axles). Other concepts include the tiny Shortcut two-seater and wilderness-navigating Renegade Commander, as well as the practical truck-like Comanche and decidedly old school FC 150 — a heritage-inspired cab-over design that emphasizes rugged, utilitarian toughness over aesthetics.
Check out the vehicles above and head on over to Red Rock 4-Wheelers’ website if you’re interested in attending the 50th annual Easter Jeep Safari.
