Singer's Latest Porsche Creations Are Coming to Amelia Island
The renowned Porsche customizers present the Florida and the North Carolina.

If you’re a Porsche fan — and, frankly, who isn’t? — you ought to do yourself a favor this month and get on down to Florida. Renowned 911 specialist Singer will be taking to both the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance (March 11-13) and The Palm Event (March 18-20) to showcase two of its latest creations: the Florida and the North Carolina. So named for their geographical locations, the followups to last year’s Targa represent yet another sweet addition to the “Restored, Reimagined and Reborn” program. Utilizing 911s from 1990 and 1991, respectively, the Florida and North Carolina boast the usual 4.0-liter engines and six-speed manual transmissions and come with the likes of Ohlins suspensions, Brembo brakes, carbon fiber paneling and leather interiors (in either Sand Beige or black). Meticulously crafted over the course of eight to ten months, the restorations come complete with Hemingway Blue and Blood Dark Red finishes.
Take a look at both cars above and head on over to Singer’s website for even more air-cooled 911 goodness.
