Engineered Garments Gives Vans Silhouettes a "Mismatched" Makeover
Featuring contrasting suede and leather constructions.
Spring 2016 has brought with it some interesting Vans collaborations, most notably the Supreme Old Skool and the all-Canadian Raised by Wolves and OFF THE HOOK release. Japan’s Engineered Garments is the latest clothing imprint to put a spin on some classic silhouettes, rendering the Sk8-Hi LX and Classic Slip-On LX in distinct “Mismatched” colorways for the warmer months. All shoes boast tonal uppers constructed from suede and premium leather, though the materials have been applied in reverse fashion. Available in moon rock, white and black iterations, pick up the Engineered Garments x Vans “Mismatched” pack at select retailers including Nepenthes.
