Take a First Look at adidas's Debut Skate Video 'Away Days'
A project three years in the making.
adidas Skateboarding is offering a first look at its debut feature-length skate film, Away Days, as promotion for its latest skate silhouette: the Nizza-inspired Matchcourt. The preview features footage of team riders Lucas Puig, Mark ‘The Gonz’ Gonzales, Rodrigo TX, Na-kel Smith, and others commentating on the process behind the brand’s upcoming video, as well as them shredding locales from Shanghai to Gran Canaria and back to the familiar streets of New York City. Watch as The Gonz makes Nak a custom pair of Matchcourts, inspired by the kicks Gonzales himself coveted as a youth.
