In honor of what would have marked the 41st birthday of the late J Dilla a.k.a. James Yancey this past February 7, comes another limited collectible for fans of the great Jay Dee. An official Estate of James Yancey x Pay Jay Productions release, the figure was conceived by Detroit artist Sintex and designed and sculpted by Seoul toymaker and artist P2PL. The Blitzway-manufactured toy stands 7.5” tall  a removable hat, sampler and chain, and articulate, moveable arms. This special edition dons a handmade shirt fashioned after the original black-and-white striped Donuts album jacket.

Pre-order the “Donuts” figure now from Rappcats for $70 USD, with shipping beginning April 2016. The toy will arrive in a clamshell case inside a custom-designed box. Check out the J Dilla x Stussy figure that recently released as well.
