atmos & Nike Are Bringing Back One of the Most Coveted Air Max 1s of All Time
A 2002 collab makes an unexpected comeback.
Originally released in 2002, the atmos x
Now the design is making an unexpected return here in 2016. Largely the same as the original, the upcoming drop boasts a Flax/Kumquat-Chestnut colorway and swaps out the original gum rubber outsole in favor of one of the icy translucent blue variety. For an added touch, the toe’s original mesh construction has also been swapped out in favor of a nappy long-grain suede.
Look for this year’s atmos x Nike Air Max 1 “Safari” retro to begin hitting select NSW spots February 27.
