In recent months, Charlotte, North Carolina’s Mike Astrea and Rapper Shane have been making serious moves as the forward-thinking hip-hop duo Deep 6 Division. Following the release of their tripped-out visual for “Money Mouth,” the pair of Astrea and Shane reemerge as Deep 6 Division for their act’s debut album. A self-titled effort, Deep 6 Division’s new LP features 10 tracks and collaborations with Elevator Jay, Terrance Richard, Erick Lottary and others.
