Menswear label Stampd has teamed up with Barneys New York for an exclusive capsule collection of ready-to-wear pieces, called “New Soldier.” The offering provides a selection of black streetwear basics based on Stampd’s most popular inline pieces. Featuring re-worked classics such as the MA-1 inspired Standard Issue Bomber jacket and the Tract Cargo pants, the four-piece capsule blends LA and NYC style and incorporates a special dyeing technique that fades to achieve a unique ageing process.
“We pulled a few pieces from the current collection and re-worked them exclusively for Barneys and our 130 S. La Brea store. We added specialty washed down cottons, making every piece special – something you could only experience if you sought it out,” commented Stampd’s own Chris Stamp. Ranging from $125 to $475 USD, the collection is available on November 23 at Barneys New York, the Stampd flagship store in Los Angeles and online.
