For the Fall/Winter 2016 season, venerated designer Rick Owens released another iteration of his signature take on the classic MA-1 flight jacket as part of his DRKSHDW sub line. The contemporary MA-1 features a lightly insulated cotton body tailored with a slim and slightly elongated fit, dual snap hand pockets, and a zip utility pocket on the sleeve that offer utility. But, the most standout element of the jacket is definitely the unique shoulder-to-shoulder rear strap that offers a unique hand-free carry option. Ribbing at the hem, cuffs and collar round up the design of the contemporary take on the classic silhouette.
