Moncler Celebrates Its First American Store With a Thom Browne Exclusive Capsule
A heavy dose of stars-and-bars patriotism.
To celebrate the grand opening of its first American flagship store in New York City, French luxury lifestyle brand Moncler has partnered with Big Apple menswear brand Thom Browne for an exclusive capsule collection. The series features a selection of puffer duvet jackets, cashmere sweaters, and winter accessories such as a pair of gloves, a beanie and a scarf, all of which incorporate the iconic American flag motif.
For a little house-warming party, the Madison Avenue store’s opening on November 16 will include a temporary mosaic installation of 28 special edition American-flag themed jackets from the collaboration, titled “USA Flag.” The jackets will be on sale at Moncler’s online shop, with all proceeds benefitting New York charity Robin Hood.
