Originally crafted by the women of the Aran Islands to keep their husbands warm while away at see, cable-knit sweaters have long been a fall/winter staple and now the classic design is being brought to your feet thanks to PUMA latest rendition of the Blaze of Glory. Coming in the form of the Sock edition of the silhouette, the “Aran” comes hot on the heels of this September’s collaboration with Sneakerness and sees cable-knit construction across the entirety of its toe box and tongue. Joining the look is the design’s usual neoprene bootie and Trinomic cushioning, as well as a combination of leather and suede overlays.

Fans can find both olive and black colorways of the Blaze of Glory Sock “Aran” now online and at select PUMA stockists worldwide.
