Stampd Is Dropping an Exclusive Collection for UNITED ARROWS
“Purple Heart” is due out later this week.

Los Angeles-based Stampd is linking up with Japanese stalwart UNITED ARROWS & SONS this season to introduce a brand new collection that will be exclusive to the retailer. Dubbed “Purple Heart,” the range takes cues from pre-WWII-era uniforms and exposes them to the outdoor elements to replicate the wear and tear that combat would bring. The results are broken-in and sun-faded and are highlighted by Stampd’s first-ever suit. Designed in conjunction with UA and made in Japan, the three-piece ensemble utilizes denim from the Okayama Prefecture and is a nod to the denim the military used before twill became the go-to in the 1940s.
The entire collection — which also includes a bomber and tee, as well as a wool shirt and matching trousers — hits UNITED ARROWS & SONS this Friday, October 28 with prices ranging from ¥43,200 JPY (approximately $414 USD) to ¥116,640 JPY (approximately $1,119 USD).
