Nothing is stopping mita sneakers‘ onslaught of collaborations this fall. The acclaimed Japanese boutique once again teamed up with ASICS to create a squirrel-themed GT-II silhouette. The collaborative sneaker is predominately wrapped in hirsute suede that aptly pays homage to the furry animal — an animal with it’s own dedicated park in Tokyo. As far as the color scheme goes, dark hazelnut is swathed across the quarter panels, eyestays and heel counters with light chestnut embellished on the heel tabs, toe boxes and the coveted Tiger stripes logos. Not to mention, sprinkles of mita’s iconic blue and red hues can be observed throughout this well-blended iteration.

The mita sneakers x ASICS GT-II “Squirrel” will release on October 15 on mita’s official website.
