MAG-LEV Audio Is the World's First Levitating Turntable

Long the subject of YouTube-documented basement experiments, an anti-gravity turntable will soon be a production reality with the MAG-LEV Audio. Billed as the world’s first levitating turntable, the MAG-LEV Audio is intended to “integrate the uplifting experience of music into the turntable design itself” and magnetically suspends the setup’s platter with a patented drive system that’s unlike anything else on the market. That drive system not only makes the platter levitate, but ensures smooth playback thanks to the platter’s precise, frictionless spinning.
MAG-LEV Audio is currently on track to ship in August of 2017 and can be reserved now via a pledge on Kickstarter.
