Given its emphasis on sneakers over the years, atmos may not seem like the most obvious collaborative partner for a boot, but that’s exactly who The North Face has teamed up with this fall/winter season. The result? A limited-edition take on the Nuptse Bootie.
Essentially a puffer jacket for your feet, the TNF silhouette takes cues from the brand’s own Nuptse jacket to create some of the warmest footwear around. Here, the slip-on high-top retains its usual nylon construction, adjusting toggle closure and rugged sole unit, but comes in a clean black colorway that’s highlighted by a topographic map motif throughout as a nod to TNF’s outdoorsy roots.
Finished with co-branded footbeds, the collaborative Nuptse Bootie is set to hit atmos Lab on October 29 for ¥14,000 JPY (approximately $136 USD).
