Gosha Rubchinskiy Puts His Spin on Yet Another Classic Vans Silhouette
A Russian take on a West Coast staple.
Russian designer Gosha Rubchinskiy has made no secret of his admiration for youth and skate culture: the self-trained artist documented skaters for his YOUTH HOTEL book and now he has reprised his collaboration with California skate legend Vans, this time giving his take on the Authentic silhouette. The shoes are available in four colorways — white, black, tea rose and sky blue — and each features a contrasting black midsole with Rubchinskiy’s Cyrillic brand livery across the heel. The kicks are available exclusively through Dover Street Market for now, with pairs retailing for $130 USD.
