Hosted by Ricky Gervais (the British actor-slash-comedian’s fourth time emceeing the event), the 2016 Golden Globe awards wrapped earlier tonight with Leonardo DiCaprio being the show’s big winner. Although Carol, the drama based on Patricia Highsmith’s 1952 romance novel The Price of Salt, was the frontrunner of the night with four nominations, The Revenant ultimately bagged the awards for the top categories of ‘Best Drama’ and ‘Best Actor’ for Leo.
