A First Look at the Nike Air Max 95 Sneakerboot

Nike has been celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Air Max 95 throughout the year, and one of the most iconic running shoes is now being revamped with a brand new iteration, dubbed the “Sneakerboot.” The new model features a new Mowabb-like ankle extension, while still incorporating the original’s unique outsole with Air Max units, mesh netting, lacing system and most importantly, Sergio Lozano’s human anatomy-inspired, wavy upper design. The heel counters are decorated with reflective material accents. The Nike Air Max 95 Sneakerboot will be dropping October 1 at select Nike retailers in two colorways: solid black and a military-esque sand. What do you think of the new AM95s?
