The New NERF Blaster "Rival" Is Advanced Playground Warfare

Hasbro has announced a new NERF blaster dubbed “Rival” which promises to increase the toy’s accuracy, bullet speed and firepower. Project engineer Dan Matarese talks about the latest release, noting that the new blaster has taken over four years to design, and the end product definitely evidences the hard work put into it. From the redesign of the pellets that can be shot at 70 MPH, to the ingenious reloading system, the latest NERF blaster is set to hit retailers soon.
