J.Crew x New Balance 996 "Neptune Blue"
The American clothier customizes the 996 in shades of blue.
J.Crew and New Balance are back at it, linking up yet again as a part of the American clothier’s “In Good Company” program to introduce another pair of exclusive kicks. This time around the two have elected to take on the fan-favorite 996, draping the retro runner in shades of blue as a nod to the oceans, lakes and pools that provide the setting for our leisurely summers. Coupling a grey mesh base with blue suede and leather, the “Neptune Blue” take on the 996 is set to hit J.Crew’s Liquor Store in New York City this Thursday, July 16 before dropping online July 21.
