Kanye West’s headlining gig at this year’s Glastonbury fest has been the subject of heavy debate in advance. Facing an online petition to keep him away from the festival in order to make room for “a rock band,” Kanye proved the naysayers wrong with a stunning set. However, his performance was disturbed by a stage crasher during “Black Skinhead,” which led Kanye to restart the song. The concertgoer who got onstage was identified as comedian Simon Brodkin, who performs as a character called Lee Nelson. He was wearing a T-shirt that read “Lee-zus” and was quickly dragged off by security. You can watch his removal from the stage in the tweet below and an extended, but low-quality version of the stage invasion above.

In a conversation with NME, Brodkin stated “some people were saying Kanye shouldn’t headline Glastonbury, so I thought I’d give him a hand.”
