Ta-ku featuring αtu - Long Time No See (Ekali Remix)

Last week, Perth-based producer Ta-ku released his highly-anticipated follow-up to Songs to Break Up To, which is appropriately titled Songs to Make Up To. One of the standout tracks from the EP was the αtu-featured “Long Time No See,” and yesterday, Vancouver producer Ekali released a stellar remix to the song. He remakes the entire instrumental while keeping riff/theme of the original, incorporating echoey, reverberating vocals and instruments as well as spaced-out percussions. Also, make sure to listen past 3:20 for a surprising tempo shift in the song.
