Members of N.W.A Reunite to Perform at BET Experience

Last night’s BET Experience event offered something historic. For the first time since 1989, former N.W.A members Ice Cube, MC Ren and DJ Yella performed together on stage. Unfortunately, Dr. Dre remained absent but the trio brought forth live versions of their classics tracks “Fuck The Police” and “Chin Check.” For the former segment, visuals of the McKinney pool incident and other examples of police brutality were shown, while for the latter, the group received glorious assistance by another West Coast legend, Snoop Dogg.
