Although he’s been incarcerated for just over a year, we’ve consistently gotten new work from Gucci Mane with surprisingly good sound quality at that. It was believed that Twitter would continue to hashtag #FREEGUCCIMANE through at least 2016 after he was locked up on weapons possession charges but it seems there are some reliable sources that know otherwise.
Both producers Mike WiLL Made-It and DJ on Atlanta’s Streetz 94.5, Lil Bankhead, indicated on their Instagrams Gucci was in fact coming home this summer. There hasn’t been any official announcement yet.
