FACETASM 2016 Spring Collection
Punk elements, asymmetrical hemlines and layered outfits are big in this new collection.
Hiromichi Ochiai‘s clothing brand FACETASM recently presented its forthcoming menswear collection for the 2016 spring season at the Armani Teatro during Milan Fashion Week. The Japanese label’s name is inspired by the many facets of a diamond, which is reflected in Facetasm’s distinct style of combining unbalanced elements to create balance. A blend of punk elements and familiar prints like plaid and gingham are translated into a range of bomber jackets, field jackets, blazers, sweatshirts, vests, sweaters, leather vests, turtlenecks, button-up shirts, flannel tops, long-sleeved shirts, muscle tees, waffle shirts and pants, and shorts. Layers are plentiful in these ensembles, where asymmetrical hemlines and layered outfits make for an energetic collection that’s dressed in a mix of basic colors like white, black, navy and grey, with bright blues, aquas and oranges.
