Just in time for tonight’s Cavs vs. Hawks matchup in Cleveland comes a new track from Jadakiss: “Eastern Conference Finals.” The latest installment of the Yonkers rapper’s “Friday Freestyle” series, “Eastern Conference Finals” sees The Lox emcee reprising his “Oil Money Gang” collab with Rick Ross as the two East Coasters partly pay homage to the ongoing NBA semifinal series.
