On our latest gastronomic adventure in our HYPEBEAST Eats series we take a look at the classic cooking proffered by London establishment The 3 Crowns. The eatery is a former street corner pub that has been converted into an open kitchen restaurant, showcasing traditional British and European dishes that have an updated element about each of them. Head chef Lee Urch focuses on the use of fresh, seasonal produce and discusses each ingredient with a reverie of nostalgia, describing his type of cooking as “honest.” Generous seasonings, coupled with slow cooking allows for an olfactory journey beginning with aroma and ending with exceptional taste.
