Tyler, the Creator Talks About 'Cherry Bomb' on 'Tavis Smiley'

After breaking the news on Twitter that’d he’d be appearing on the Tavis Smiley show yesterday, the video of Tyler, The Creator‘s interview hit the web today. Donning a one of a kind Cherry Bomb hat, Tyler sat down with the PBS personality to talk about his new projects including the Golf Media app and Cherry Bomb. The interview shows a more serious, confessional side of Tyler as he provides some insight on how he collaborated with one of his musical idols, Roy Ayers as well as his experiences going to school in Los Angeles. Tyler also dishes on what inspires him: from Kanye’s philosophy of questioning everything as a creative to him and Lionel teaching themselves about the universe.
