Sony has just announced its newest lightweight point-and-shoot cameras, the Cyber-shot HX90V and WX500. The small cameras feature an 18.2-megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor, a Bionz X processor, Optical SteadyShot with five-axis image stabilization, 1080p video recording, NFC, WiFi, a 3-inch LCD screen, and a Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* lens that has 30x optical and 60x digital zoom capabilities. As for main differences between the two, the HX90V model alone has a built-in retractable electronic viewfinder. You can purchase the cameras this June at a price of $430 USD for the Cyber-shot HX90V and $330 USD for the WX500.
