Here Nike turns attentions to its soccer initiative – Nike Academy – which trains elite young soccer players for the professional stage. At the academy, players are not only treated to world-class coaching, but also offered pairs of Nike’s innovative new silhouettes before they hit the market. These pairs, which are often blacked out, are the inspiration behind Nike Soccer’s latest drop: the “Black” pack. Comprised of four silhouettes, the Mercurial, Hypervenom, Tiempo Legend and Magista boots are offered in full black colorways. Just as in the training academies, these sleek offerings challenge players to shine without the excess hoopla of loud colors. The Nike Academy “Black” pack will release on Nike’s website beginning April 25.
