Having just concluded its special pre-opening “wait what” exhibition by HAROSHI, the newly opened HHH Gallery in Tokyo’s Katushishika district presents its inaugural exhibition by English illustrator James Jarvis, in collaboration with Nike SB. Exhibiting in Japan for the first time in 15 years, Jarvis’ “No More Negative Space” exhibition explores the connections between philosophy, linguistics, art, skateboarding, architecture and pop culture, through 50 drawings of Jarvis’ signature mascot created between 2013-2015. Opening on April 25 until May 31, original graphic T-shirts and 300 limited-edition zines will be on sale throughout.
