Converse CONS Launches the "Breakpoint" Pack with Four European Retailers

Converse CONS announces the launch of its new Breakpoint collection in partnership with four revered European retailers, including Patta in Amsterdam, Solebox in Berlin, Footpatrol in London and Starcow in Paris. Massively influential within their respective cities, each store offers their own creative spin on this classic and casual silhouette, drawing inspiration from their unique local culture.

Each rendition is loaded with carefully-balanced premium materials — including nubuck leather, hairy suede, rip-stop nylon and heavy cotton twill — with each store adding their own subtle flavors through color-blocking, outsole finishes and textural juxtaposition. All of the designs feature the iconic Star Chevron motif, a mix of tonal and contrasting laces, store logos on the heel tabs and insoles, as well as lightweight cushioning for added comfort.

Each pair is set to release exclusively in-store at Patta, Solebox, Footpatrol and Starcow respectively starting Friday, February 13. We had the chance to sit down with each retailer to discuss the history of their brand, their local community and the inspiration behind their Breakpoint collaboration through an upcoming series of interviews which will begin rolling out this week.
