Vine Introduces Its Own Remix Tool

If you’ve spent any amount of time on Vine, you know parodies and remixes dominate the platform as users drop their own takes on viral videos. Well Vine has clearly taken note because the Twitter-owned service has finally introduced a dedicated “remix” tool — no more third-party apps necessary. Users can now simply tap the “…” under any Vine and select “Make an audio remix.” This will then go to the camera while the audio from the video being remixed will automatically loaded in the progress bar for lip-synching with ease. Users then touch the screen to record or import a video from the camera roll as per usual. Vine will even let users find other Vines that use the same audio by simply tapping the music note under the video.
Look for the discovery features now in the latest version of the app while the creation tool is currently exclusive to iOS.
