Is there anyone else more deserving? The man of the hour, Chance the Rapper is winning today as the Southside Chicago native was recently named as one of the Chicagoans of the year. The award was given by Chicago Mag and will feature an editorial with Chance where he details his efforts in improving his community and motivating youth through his music.
