Known for his customization of vintage wardrobe staples, Boston-based artist Pat Peltier and his label BANDULU have been tapped by Converse for the latest release from its premium First String imprint. Coming in the form of the Chuck Taylor All Star ‘70, the collab breathes new life into the high-top’s classic black and white colorways as hand-sewn embellishments appear throughout both the upper and midsole so as to create a visual effect that resembles splattered paint. Retailing for $160 USD per pair, the BANDULU-customized Chucks are set to be available exclusively at the Converse Lovejoy store in Boston this Friday, November 20.
