This Modern Australian Home Ditches AC and Relies Completely on Natural Ventiliation
Make yourself at home.

Located in Sydney, Australia this home by Luigi Rosselli Artchitects and Alexandra Donohoe of Decus Interiors plays the host to an ocean view along with other features that many can appreciate. While the accommodation interestingly lacks an air conditioning system, it makes up for it with many shutters throughout in order to provide cross ventilation. Additionally, its bedroom hangs slightly over the pool and has a built in barbecue on its side. The outside is colored in ‘Ox Red’ paint on its lower portion while its upper is coated in white for a sophisticated two-tone aesthetic. Other features also include a hovering bench that’s attached to the home along with bookshelves and a concrete floor in the kitchen. View more imagery here.
