After first premiering the track on Drake’s OVO Sound radio show a little while back, Toronto rapper Jay Whiss has dropped the official full-length version of his latest single, “Watch This.” Featuring production by Lani Christ, the track shows that the talent amongst Toronto’s Prime collective is deep, with Whiss’ fellow crew members Jimmy Prime and Donnie already dropping strong material this year. Jay Whiss told Noisey the following about the new single:

“I was on a long drive back from Windsor at like four in the morning and I was really just feeling myself and the beat. It’s been a long long time since I’ve officially released any solo material so I wanted to write a song I knew I would have an impact and give insight on what’s been going on with me.”

Stream “Watch This” above and follow Jay Whiss on SoundCloud for upcoming material.
