Last night, DIIV released a brand new track from their upcoming album Is the Is Are. Titled “Mire (Grant’s Song),” the single follows the previously released records “Dopamine” and “Bent (Roi’s Song).” Band member Zachary Cole Smith shares a few thoughts on how he feels about the single: “I feel like this song represents a really important aspect of this album, and to only represent the ‘pop single’ side of it wouldn’t be fair to the album itself.” Listen to the track below and make sure you keep an eye out for their forthcoming LP.
