Twenty-six years after the original, Spike Lee’s iconic film Do the Right Thing finally gets a sequel courtesy of Jimmy Kimmel Live. “Do the White Thing” is set in 2015 Brooklyn where eco-conscious hipsters reign supreme, dirty sneakers add character and thrift-shopping is a rite of passage. In an episode that saw Public Enemy perform “Fight the Power,” check out Kimmel’s remake above, where Brooklynites question the origins of their pizza’s toppings. Similarly, check out Kimmel’s “Hipster or Hasidic?” game where they examine the beards of BK.
