wings+horns isn’t particularly known to throw collaborations out for the sake of popularity. Perhaps it’s this commitment to quality that has paved the road for the Vancouver-based brand, currently celebrating its 10th anniversary. As a part of the festivities, the brand selected renowned bootmaker Danner to create a special rendition of the Mountain Light boot for this season. The boot – one of Danner’s eldest and most recognizable model – combines a Gore-Tex lining with a one-piece Horoween Chromexcel leather exterior at the upper, packing supreme durability and 100% water resistance packaged into a slick silhouette. These features rest atop a flexible, articulate Vibram outsole, prepared for any condition. Each of the 400 pairs available were handcrafted in the United States, only underlining the specialness of this new release.
