Following the sale of Beats by Dre to Apple, co-founder Steven Lamar is back with a new earphone company, ROAM, designed to look as good when you have them in your ears and off. The stylish Ropes earphones can be worn as a necklace so you have quick access to them whenever you feel like listening to your music. The earphones will feature ROAM’s own “Noise Equalization” technology with DSP, to go along with their EQ app enabling users to custom tune the Ropes with a 5-band equalizer. Priced at $299 USD, the ROAM Ropes are available for pre-order and will ship in November.
