Nicki Minaj to Host the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards

After teasing her fans about a major announcement, Nicki Minaj announced that she has been named the host of this year’s MTV Europe Music Awards. Set to take place on November 9 in Glasgow, Scotland, the event marks the the 20-year anniversary of the award show. Besides leading the list with with four nominations along with Sam Smith, One Direction, Iggy Azalea, and Eminem, it is also the first time for Nicki Minaj to take over hosting duties for an award show.
