Earlier this week, Fox unveiled the very first image and brief synopsis to its upcoming Futurama crossover episode for the iconic animated series The Simpsons. Although Fry, Leela and company were canceled last year, they plan to make their return in Springfield later this fall. The storyline centers on a Terminator-like plot, in which Bart and Milhouse somehow create a global catastrophe in the future, thus prompting Bender to travel back in time to kill Bart and prevent this disaster from ever happening. The “Simpsorama” episode is slated to premiere on November 9.
