Tom Clancy's The Division E3 Trailers

First showcased at last year’s E3, Ubisoft’s highly-anticipated Tom Clancy’s The Division was once again highlighted in Los Angeles, this time with a cinematic trailer and yet another look at the game’s co-op gameplay. Set amidst a ruined New York City following a devastating outbreak, The Division offers an open-world, third-person experience as players participate in tactical combat as part of the Strategic Homeland Division (SHD) – a group established to combat the threat brought about by the outbreak and one given direct authority by the President of the United States to do whatever it takes to “save what remains” of NYC in a massive multiplayer online situation. Utilizing Ubisoft’s specially-developed Snowdrop engine, Tom Clancy’s The Division – inspired by the real-world Operation Dark Winter and Directive 51 – is set for a release in 2015 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
