Following up their past collaboration, “Blocka,” Jamaican dancehall up-and-comer Popcaan and Pusha T link up for “Hustle.” Featured on Popcaan’s debut album, Where We Come From, the track boasts a crossover feel due to accessible, polished production from Dre Skull and Pusha T’s contribution. Jamaican dancehall’s appeal in the US market has been glimmering the past couple of years, and the combination of increased awareness and Pusha T’s name (his name is his name, after all) might warrant Popcaan’s music a few more listens from this side of the shores.
